1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mobile Arcade Ltd website and our repair services. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our website or services.

2. Repair Services

  • All repairs are subject to a free diagnostic assessment.
  • We will provide a quote before commencing any repair work. Work will only proceed with your approval.
  • We aim to complete repairs on the same day where possible. Timescales may vary depending on the complexity and parts availability.
  • Devices must be collected within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete. Uncollected devices may be disposed of after 90 days.

3. Warranty

All repairs carried out by Mobile Arcade LTD come with a 6-month warranty on parts and labour. The warranty covers defects in the parts we supply and the workmanship of the repair. It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or liquid damage after repair
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by third parties
  • Software issues unrelated to the repair performed
  • Cosmetic wear and tear

4. No Fix, No Fee

If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged. This applies to hardware repairs only. Diagnostic fees may apply in certain circumstances, which will be communicated upfront.

5. Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The final price is confirmed after diagnostic assessment. We reserve the right to adjust prices if additional issues are found during repair — you will be informed and must approve before any additional work is carried out.

6. Liability

Mobile Arcade LTD takes reasonable care with all devices entrusted to us. However, we accept no liability for data loss during repair. We strongly recommend backing up your device before handing it in. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair carried out.

7. Sell Your Phone

Devices sold to Mobile Arcade must be owned by the seller and not reported lost or stolen. We reserve the right to refuse any purchase. All sales are final once payment has been made. A valid form of identification may be required.

8. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and up to date but make no guarantees. Use of this website is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
